Accommodation Cancellation Conditions

Read the cancellation conditions


1. OPTIONS
The hotel provides an option for a requested event for a maximum period of 14 days. After this period, the option can be extended for a further 14 days by prior telephone or written agreement. Cancellation fees are applied by the hotel on written confirmed orders, not on enquiries or options.

2. ORDER
The hotel accepts only written orders, either by letter, fax or e-mail.

3. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of an entire event 20-14 days in advance: 25% of the price of the services ordered (accommodation, meals, rental of training space, etc.).

Cancellation of an entire event 13-7 days in advance: 50% of the price of the services ordered (accommodation, meals, rental of training space, etc.).

Cancellation of an entire event 6-1 day(s) in advance: 75% of the price of the services ordered (accommodation, meals, rental of training space, etc.).

No-show and cancellation after the 1st service has been provided: 100% of the price of the services ordered (accommodation, meals, rental of training space, etc.).

A reduction of more than 10% of the original service order during the last 48 hours prior to the event date will be charged in the full amount of the original service order.
